Terms of Service
All events organized by Russian River Valley Winegrowers are for adults 21+ years of age or older. No children are permitted at any of the events. Animals are prohibited with the exception of service dogs.
Media Coverage
Russian River Valley Wine Weekend is a widely publicized event in all varieties of medium. As a condition of and in consideration for attendance at any event as part of Russian River Valley Wine Weekend, participant releases Russian River Valley Winegrowers from any liability connected with the reproduction, adaptation, display, publication and distribution in any and all media, whether now known or yet to be developed, on any videos, photographs or other images taken of the participant at events in Russian River Valley Wine Weekend, participant’s name, voice, likeness, city of residence and any other information regarding their participation.
MUTUAL INDEMNIFICATION
Each party hereto (the "Indemnifying Party") shall indemnify, defend (by counsel reasonably satisfactory to the Indemnified Party) and hold harmless the other party, and the other party's directors, officers, shareholders, managers, members, agents, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns (each, an "Indemnified Party") from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, assessments, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses), of any nature whatsoever, whether actual or consequential, contingent or otherwise, asserted against, resulting to, imposed upon, or incurred by any Indemnified Party, directly or indirectly, by reason of or resulting from any breach by the Indemnifying Party of any of its representations, warranties, covenants, or agreements contained in this Agreement.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/EVENT CHANGES/FORCE MAJEURE
Event Organizers shall have no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for Event and/or Event cancellation, delay or interruption due to inclement weather, if the Event or any of its Event(s) is postponed or canceled by the Event Organizers due to public health and/or safety concerns, or other acts beyond its control, including but not limited to Force Majeure events as defined herein, and will not refund Holder in such situations unless decided otherwise by the Event Organizers in their sole and absolute discretion as provided herein. Upon the occurrence of the Event and/or Event cancellation due to reasons outlined herein, including but not limited to, events outside the Event’s reasonable control, acts of God, public health emergencies (including, but not limited to, as a result of epidemics and pandemics); riots, wars, insurrection of military power, civil rebellion, production delays, strikes, hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters or inclement weather (regardless of severity), any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, Event Organizers shall, at their sole and absolute discretion (a) have the right, but not the obligation, to issue a refund to Holders, OR shall at its sole and absolute discretion, (b) elect to postpone the Event and/or the Event OR (c) cancel the Event and/or the Event without further legal or financial obligation or liability to Holder, including the obligation to issue a refund or to reschedule the Event and/or the Event. Purchasing Tickets pursuant to these terms and conditions subjects Holder to a high degree of risk relative to possible the Event and/or Event’s cancellations. If the Event Organizers elect to issue a refund, an amount equivalent to the face value of Ticket(s) only shall be refunded to the payment method by which the purchase was originally made. Under no circumstances shall Holder be entitled to a refund of any shipping, handling or other processing fees.
DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
If you have a disability and need an accommodation in order to participate in the Event, please contact the Event at info@rrvw.org at least seven (7) days prior to the Event. A good faith effort will be made to provide such accommodations.
VENDORS
RULES and LAWS: In addition to the other duties and obligations set forth herein, Merchant shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over Merchant, and obtain all licenses, permissions, permits, insurance policies, qualifications and the like required to be obtained by Merchant under applicable laws in order to conduct its business (including, with limitation, its operations at the Festival) in a lawful manner. Without limiting the general nature of foregoing, Merchant shall (i) maintain workers' compensation insurance, in compliance with all applicable laws, for any employees, sub-contractors, or agents which Merchant may hire.
*Vendors are not permitted to drink alcohol.
